I work with women at the point where something no longer fits.

Not because of being broken.
Not because of failure.

But because clarity has begun.

I am not interested in fixing people.

I am interested in their alignment.

There was a time when I carried what was not mine.

Roles. Expectations. Narratives that were handed to me and named mine.

I wore them well.
I built around them.
I organized my life to sustain them.

Until I couldn’t.

Not in anger.
Not in collapse.

In clarity.

It was beyond anger.

It is the quiet recognition that maintaining what no longer fits costs more than releasing it.

This work did not arrive as one method.

It layered.

Perspective shifted.
Emotional patterns surfaced.
The body spoke.
Energy recalibrated.

Over time, I stopped trying to change everything and began removing what was not aligned.

When what is not yours falls away, something happens:

Decisions reflect you.
Boundaries become visible.
Reactivity decreases.
Saying no no longer costs you.

Life reorganizes itself.

My background includes decades of work in physical wellness, emotional integration, and energetic awareness.

Credentials matter.
Experience matters more.

This work is not theoretical.
It is lived.

If you are at the point where something no longer fits, you are not behind.

You are not late.

You are at the edge of alignment.

There is space to explore here.
